1. The rental price includes: • Cleaning and disinfecting of the apartment before arrival • Full set of clean linen and towels per named guest • Utilities (electricity, gas, and water charges) if not mentioned otherwise during the reservation • Free Wi-Fi
2. Contract Your rental contract will be made after you have confirmed the booking by paying the reservation. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. The contract will be governed by Spanish law of tourist rentals.
3. Booking deposit The Booking deposit of 20% of the total holiday price must be paid to Solex Rent to confirm the booking, the deposit is payable via Bank Transfer. When you request to book, you have 24 hours to make the transfer, if you fail to do this, the reservation will be canceled. Holidays are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid.
4. Booking changes (dates etc.) If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example, your chosen departure date we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible.
5. Cancellation If you cancel after we have confirmed your booking, you must compensate us for losses, as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking. The closer your cancellation is to the departure date, the less likely we are to recover the costs by re-selling the holiday. Our cancellation charges, therefore, increase as the departure date approaches, as shown below. If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, any losses must be claimed directly by the relevant insurance company. • More than 10 weeks before arrival – full refund of the reservation • 30 days before arrival we refund 70% of the total cost of your holiday reservation • 15 – 30 days before arrival we refund 50% of the cost of your holiday reservation • 0 – 15 days before arrival no refund of the holiday reservation
6. Delivery of apartments We will open the door and we will always present the apartments, but no later than 23:00. If your arrival is later than this, we will charge you 50 euro.
7. Equipment in the apartments The apartments have bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, a washing machine, and cutlery. It should be noted that properties for rent in this site, is often private apartments, so there are individual differences in the equipment of apartments depending on the preferences of the owners (various equipment levels in hotels.)
